ENCOUNTER TRAINING ACADEMY The Encounter Group is looking for those who will serve the people of the world through the vision and strength of God. 1 Peter 4:11 says, “if anyone serves, he should do it with the strength GOD provides, so that in all things God may be praised”. The youth groups that travel with The Encounter Group have caught this vision and are eager to serve this summer. So where do you fit in? By becoming an Encounter Training Accademy (ETA) Intern you will be aiding in the advancement of the Kingdom through prayer, ministry, service, commitment and knowledge. As an intern you will not only learn how to jump to that next level in your relationship with God but you will learn practical leadership and ministry skills as you help facilitate week-long mission trips for American youth groups. Throughout the summer The Encounter Group plans to rebuild entire communities, along with several churches and schools. The vision that God has given the Encounter staff Is BIG and whether you are to be a part of this vision should be an answer sought through prayer. Commit the matter to the Lord and seek counsel from your pastor, parents and friends.
